There's no time like the present to plan for the future

Living with uncertainty is part of life. But at least you can bring some certainty, to both yourself and the people you love, by ensuring that your money, property and other assets will be protected when you’re gone.

Our Will writing, estate planning, and lasting power of attorney (LPA) services will do just that. And we’ll find the best possible solution by listening carefully and understanding how you want to distribute your estate.

What’s more, unlike solicitors who charge by the hour, all our services are available for a fixed fee. Therefore, you can plan to protect your spouse, partner, civil partner, children or chosen charity without worrying about the final cost.

Everyone deserves peace of mind - whoever you are and whatever you’ve been through. So wherever you live, whether it’s on our doorstep in Flintshire, North Wales or as far away as Lands End, contact us today to protect your loved ones tomorrow.

How It Works

Nobody knows when the grim reaper will come calling. So it’s vital to draft a Will, and get your affairs in order, before that fateful day arrives. This is how our Will writing process works…

1.

The first step is a free no-obligation 15-minute phone call. This exploratory chat will establish the type of Will you need and explain our fees. For example, a straightforward single Will costs £139. If your needs are more complex then we’ll only be able to confirm a fee after a full consultation.

2.

This involves a full consultation that lasts approximately one hour. We’ll use this time to dig deeper and fully understand your situation before taking instructions for your Will. We’ll also establish whether other estate planning strategies, such as asset protection trusts, might help you. This consultation can be done in two ways:

Home visit - we’ll sit down and talk everything through face to face

Video call - we’ll talk online via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or Google Meet for convenience. Under current law, you can have your Will witnessed via video link too.

3.

Next, we’ll compose your Will as instructed and send the draft document in the post. Once you’re happy, we’ll then send the final document so it can be signed and witnessed.

4.

Your Will is now ready to be signed. We offer a free attestation service that supervises the signing and witnessing of the final document at home. Alternatively, you can follow the 'How to sign a Will' instructions sent with your final document.
